Guest Guide
Guest Guide
An evening of discovery, connection and being present.
An evening to slow down.
The Elsewhere Experience is a curated, in-person evening for at least 200 guests. It is a space to feel rested, connected and well.
This guide tells you what to expect, so you can arrive without worrying about the details. Everything on the programme is an invitation. You can join in, watch, rest or step away, and nobody will ask you to explain.
Rest comes first. Growth is welcome, and never required. Faith shapes the values behind the evening, such as gratitude, compassion and generosity. Guests of any faith, or none, are equally at home, and nobody is asked to pray or take part in any ritual.

Food and drink
Dinner is planned as a shared meal. Whether dinner is included in the ticket is to be confirmed. Please tell us about dietary needs and allergies when you book so that we can plan for them. Water will be available throughout. Our alcohol policy is to be confirmed for this edition.
The quiet space
A calm corner is open all evening for stillness, prayer or silence. There is no instruction and nobody is watching. It is open to every guest and belief, and you can use it as often as you need.
Access
We want everyone to be able to take part comfortably. Step-free routes, seating, accessible toilets and parking depend on the venue and are to be confirmed. The Access page on the website lists what is confirmed. If you have a need that is not covered, tell us before the day and we will do what we can to meet it.
If you need help on the night
Any member of the team can help, and a named welfare lead and first-aid point will be shown at the venue (names and locations to be confirmed). If you would like to talk to someone quietly, ask any team member. If you need professional support, we will help you find it.
Pictures, privacy and your choices.
Photographs may be taken on the night for the website and for sharing. Photography areas and any "no photos" zones will be signposted. If you do not want to be photographed, tell a team member and we will respect that. Pictures of identifiable guests are used only where we have permission.
We keep the details you give us only to run the evening and to keep in touch about it. You can ask us at any time to show, correct or delete them using the Your details page on the website. Feedback surveys are optional and anonymous.
Please also read the Event Guidelines and Code of Conduct, which explains how we look after each other during the evening.
