Catering and how to talk to us.

Dinner is a shared meal for at least 200 guests. We ask caterers to plan for halal, vegetarian and allergen needs, clear labelling, and several serving points. Menus, pricing and who caters are to be confirmed.

If you are interested in hosting or supplying an edition, tell us your capacity, layout, facilities, access, availability and an indicative cost. A quote or shortlist is not a booking, and nothing is agreed until it is confirmed in writing.

This brief describes the planned shape of the evening and may change. Please check with the organisers for the latest version.
