Terms and refund policy

Draft for information. Not yet in force.

Last updated 21 October 2026. Tickets are not on sale yet. The final terms and refund policy will be published here before they are, and will replace this draft.

What this page is

The Elsewhere Experience is run by Nurturing Minds. This page sets out how we expect to handle tickets, payment and refunds for the first edition, and which details are still to be confirmed. Nothing here is a contract until the final version is published and you buy a ticket.

Tickets and payment

  • Tickets will be paid for by card when they go on sale. No payment is taken when you register your interest.
  • Price and ticket categories: To be confirmed.
  • Where and how to buy: to be confirmed.

Refunds, transfers and changes

  • The refund and transfer rules for guests who can no longer come: to be confirmed.
  • What happens if we change the date or venue, or have to cancel: to be confirmed. We will explain this clearly before you buy.
  • Your legal rights as a customer are not affected by anything we publish.

Buying tickets

  • Prices are shown in the currency on the ticket page, and what is included is stated with each ticket type.
  • Online payments are taken by PayChangu. We never see or store your card or mobile-money details.
  • Your tickets are booked once payment is confirmed, and we email you a reference to bring to the door. Unpaid online orders hold their tickets for 30 minutes.
  • If we reserve tickets for you without online payment, they are held until we agree a payment date with you.

The evening

  • Date: To be confirmed. Venue: To be confirmed. Programme: planned, as shown on the programme page.
  • Entry age and any ID requirements: to be confirmed.
  • Alcohol: To be confirmed.
  • Photography and filming: to be confirmed. We will tell guests clearly before they arrive.
  • Access and dietary needs: see Access and getting there.

Looking after each other

We ask every guest to treat others with respect and kindness. Every activity is optional, and there will be a quiet space. The evening is for rest, connection and enjoyment. It is not a medical or therapeutic service, and it is not a substitute for professional care. Faith shapes the values of the evening, and nothing is required of any guest.

Your details

How we handle your details is explained in our privacy notice. You can ask to see, correct or remove them at any time.
