Most invitations to personal growth arrive with pressure attached. Do more, aim higher, become someone better by Friday.
The Elsewhere Experience begins somewhere else. Rest comes first.
Rest is not a reward#
We are planning an evening for at least 200 guests, and every part of it is designed so that a guest can arrive tired and still feel welcome. There is time to settle in, a shared meal, soft music and unhurried conversation. Nobody has to prove anything at the door.
Rest comes first. Growth is welcome, and never required.
Growth is welcome, and never required#
We do believe people grow through meaningful experiences, creativity and real human connection. Some guests may leave with a new perspective, a conversation they did not expect, or an idea worth following up. Others may simply leave rested. Both are good outcomes.
What we will not do is ask anyone to share more than they wish, or to show that they have changed.

What this means for the evening#
- Every activity is an invitation, with a visible way to opt out or rest.
- The pace stays unhurried.
- A quiet space is open all evening.
If this sounds like the kind of evening you would like, register your interest and we will write to you when tickets open.
