Sometimes the quickest way to describe something is to say what it is not.

It is not#
- A motivational seminar with speakers addressing an audience.
- A conference built around presentations and panels.
- A nightclub or entertainment event with no wider purpose.
- A religious gathering that depends on formal teaching.
- A networking event focused on professional advancement.
- A workshop where every activity has an outcome to achieve.
- A clinic or therapy session.
Some of those formats may borrow a little, for example music, or a good conversation. None of them defines the evening.
What it is#
An evening of rest, connection and enjoyment, with room to reflect.
It sits between an ordinary event and a structured wellbeing programme: sociable and beautiful, with enough depth to be worth the evening.
