Designing the space

The space is part of the experience. A look at the zones, comfort and colour directions we are exploring, none of them final.

We want the space to support the evening, not just decorate it. That means thinking about how guests arrive, move, talk, create, rest and leave.

Zones#

Depending on the venue, we may arrange the space into areas for:

  • Conversation and shared tables.
  • Performances.
  • Quiet and reflection.
  • Making and creative activity.
  • Refreshments.

Comfort and care#

Seating, lighting, sound, how people move around, accessibility, privacy and comfort are considered from the beginning, not added at the end.

Colour directions#

We are exploring ideas, not choosing a palette yet:

  • Warm neutrals and earthy tones for intimacy.
  • Deep, atmospheric shades for immersion.
  • Muted greens and natural tones for a feeling of renewal.
  • Restrained metallic accents.

What is still to be confirmed#

The aim is that the venue itself becomes part of the story, and that every guest can find a place that suits how they feel.
