What we have decided#
- The first edition is planned for at least 200 guests.
- Doors are planned to open at 15:30.
- Every activity is optional.
- Tickets will be paid for by card once they go on sale.
- A quiet space will be open all evening.
What is still to be confirmed#
- The date.
- The venue.
- Ticket price and categories, and what a ticket includes.
- The alcohol policy.
- Any age limit.
- The refund and cancellation policy.
We will publish the refund and cancellation policy before tickets go on sale, along with our terms.
How you will hear#
Each decision will appear on the main page as soon as it is made. If you would like to hear directly, register your interest and we will write to you when tickets open. We will use your details only for that, as described in our privacy notice.
